The unlock button on my keys wasn’t working and was not sure what to do. I was running late to an appointment and this tow truck showed up and parked at USPS where I was at. I decided to ask if he could help get my car unlocked and was very lucky that he had the time to help. It was very quick and he didn’t charge me. I really appreciated his help. I didn’t get his name but know it was this company. Thank you!! I made it to my appointment and know who to call next time. I recommend!

3Shasta’s has been amazing. My son was on his way back to base & had an unexpected engine failure. They were so responsive & friendly & competent. They worked well with our insurance company (State Farm) & really alleviated so much stress within a stressful situation. 10/10 would recommend every time.

Chris arrived soon after I called for a tow. I was able to leave a key for him and didn't have to wait with the vehicle. Chris kept me informed about the location of the vehicle and secured it in Shasta Towing's impound/tow yard. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

We had a rental SUV and got stuck in a ditch at Whiskeytown trying to see a falls off of Mill Creek Road. The rental car company call all kinds of people and after 3 & 1/2 hours of not finding anyone to pull us out they contacted 3 Shasta's Towing. They were there in 15 minutes. The service was excellent as they wenches out the SUV quickly and even waited to make sure we made it back to the main road. The tech was friendly knowledgeable, efficient and got us out with no issues! Now that is service!!!! We greatly appreciate them helping us out!

Three shastas towing is AWSOME! My Wife broke down on the way home I called and talked with Chris he answered right away and asked me the location and type of vehicle he said he was on his way , yes that quick he was already at the vehicle and had it all ready to go by the time I arrived got the job done in a quickly professional manner and was very reasonable on price 11/10 rating i put his number in my phone for future assistance incase I need it thank you three shastas towing for saving the day !
