Above average prices, communication and customer service. They are indeed the REAL DEAL. I was treated like a loyal repeat customer from day one, wow. They upgraded my weekly rental from a VW to BMW simply because I was having trouble connecting my Bluetooth. That meant alot since I was only going to be cruising with friends! Every staff member i encountered had the same friendly aura. Im a chatter box and got the same great energy from everyone (when Miami people arent usually friendly sorry to say ok). I rent many places every week and i can reassure you that the prices are actually better than average, on top of that you do not need car insurance whoahhh. I only returned after a week to go on a cruise. I will be back. I love the staff, service, vehicles and prices.
