By far the worst car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I wish I could attach proof of the numerous times I’ve reached out with no response. Once this person received my full payment, all communication stopped. It’s clear he only cares about collecting money — not honoring his responsibilities to customers. I paid off my car in February, and as of mid-October, my title has STILL not been transferred into my name. That’s over eight months of waiting, calling, and messaging with no results or accountability. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for a rebuilt vehicle/title, and now the salesman refuses to answer the phone or return messages. Once he gets your money, he’s almost impossible to get in contact with. He only cares about the money — not the customer. I paid off my car back in February, and can you believe it’s now mid-October and he still hasn’t transferred the title into my name? He completely overcharged me for a rebuilt car/title, and now refuses to answer calls or messages. I’m genuinely reaching out because I can’t understand how someone can take full payment months ago and still make no effort to deliver the title that’s rightfully mine. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Once this salesman got my money, he disappeared. I’ve tried calling, texting, and following up for months with zero response.
