I actually wash all my cars here. Not bad but the are just unresponsive to ideas to make better. I have told them various time to wipe water off tires before tire shine and they dont care. Pay for air freshener and 9 out of 10 times they dont do it. Fix the simple stuff and you will be great!

I brought my car to this wash knowing it had been neglected and needed some serious cleaning. I wasn’t expecting a showroom finish, but ERIC went above and beyond to make my car look presentable again. For those complaining, remember—this is a car wash, not a $200 detailing service. They do a great job with the time and services provided. If you want a spotless, every-crevice-clean kind of result, schedule a detail. But if you want your car cleaned up and looking significantly better, this team gets it done.

Very bad service even though I paid Ultima Service to hope they would consider to take good care of my car after driving thru snowing highway. I am wrong and the results after car wash is really disappointed and frustrated.

I got the $23 wash and they never wipe down any of the inside of the car or vacuum even though it says that is included. my fault for going back.

We Purchased the upgraded car wash and got a basic exterior service, if that. Really poor job for $35 price tag. Vehicle Wasn't wiped down, cup holders, door panels and didn't give me the air freshener spray i paid extra for. Do not recommend. Not the first time this happened either!
