Tom took care of our coffee trailer when it experienced a critical failure on the 429. He’s extremely skilled and knew exactly how to navigate the dangerous situation we were in and got the coffee trailer back safely to the yard for repair. We’re grateful he answered the phone when we called on a Saturday afternoon. As a family run mobile coffee shop, we value other family run businesses. 352 towing is our go to for all our towing needs!

I can’t thank Tom enough. My tire blew out on the turnpike and I didn’t have a spare. It was getting dark and starting to rain and the first 3 tow companies I called didn’t pick up. Tom’s customer service from the moment he picked up the phone was top notch. He was able to clearly understand where I was on the turnpike and got to me within 15 minutes!! He went straight to work in the rain making sure I was safe and taken care of (offered me to wait in the truck and ordered me water as well). I hope to never be broken down on the side of the road again but if I am, I know who I’m calling!

We had an unexpected mishap at a boat dock recently. Tom and his son Brody were there in record time, to help correct what could have potentially been a very expensive and unfortunate situation. Not only did they respond very quickly, they are very helpful and just all around good folks! Got our vehicle pulled out super quickly, helped above and beyond, and stayed with us until they made sure we had the boat loaded and we’re on our way home. 10/10 reccomend 352 towing not only are they local and a family run business but all around great people and customer service! Thanks 352 you da real MVP!
