The woman in the office is awesome! She was kind when we returned our truck and subsequently left our garage remote. I called and she held it for us. We had a reservation at Mac Ragan to pick up a trailer and for some reason he refused to honor the rental agreement although we had a reservation ( he kept repeating that we should go somewhere else to rent ) we went to see this woman and she rented the trailer to us with no problems. We will definitely use this location for future rental and perhaps service for our vehicles.

Came to pick up rental truck at scheduled time for a move, office was closed, no one on site. Had to completely reschedule my move down to the last minute. Incredibly frustrating.

Staff had to call someone to do the order which took a while for him to arrive and truck had to be jumpstarted.

I had an oil leak, they diagnosed it and corrected it for a great price. It was done quick and right.

The service was done in a timely manner and everyone was very knowledgable and helpful.
