After my car’s tires and rims were stolen, I came to this shop to have them replaced. They installed the tires and rims and handed the car back to me. However, the same evening I picked up the car, after driving only about 20 miles, one of the tires suddenly blew out on its own. I did not hit a curb, I did not drive into a pothole, and there were no warning signs at all. Despite this, the shop refused to take any responsibility. Even though they previously stated the tire was under warranty, they refused to replace it and continuously tried to blame me for the issue. Very unprofessional, zero customer service. Matt is the best! Fixed my car up as good as new, and even vacuumed my seats for me. They always take good care of me here and make it easy to deal with the insurance companies. If I am ever in another accident, they will be my first call!

I’d like to take a moment to share my experience with 360 Collision Service, located at 3410 Tulip Street in Philadelphia. Over the holiday season, my catalytic converter was stolen. Normally, I would take my car to Volkswagen for repairs since I drive a VW Beetle, but I can honestly say the service I received from 360 Collision Service was far more professional and refreshing than my previous experiences with the VW dealership. Wish I could give this place 6 stars. Always a pleasure, always fully communicative and honest. They provide consistent and accurate updates on your car's status as they're working on it. They have a strong relationship with the nearby Enterprise and they allow you to leave your rental there when done for Enterprise to pick up. Wish every business was as great as these guys.

Amazing service. They worked very quickly. They did a perfect job. They helped coordinate getting rental car, which i was able to drop off by them on the return. Very friendly staff. Car looks amazing!
