I had a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Jim Valerio and he was honest and upfront about everything! I was not using insurance so keeping the cost down was a priority. He explained everything and gave me a detailed estimate and answered all of my questions. Once my car was dropped off for the repairs the office staff was also very helpful and gave me frequent updates about the progress of the repairs and when I would be able to get my car back. My car was completed earlier than expected and when I picked it up I could not believe what an amazing job Jim did! My car truly looks as good as the day I bought it. Needed work for multiple cars over the years (unfortunately). Just had our 8th or 9th repair - deer strike. This accident and all prior accidents since coming to Chester County completed here and, as always - excellent work. Finished early. Text update system is great. Staff is thorough, friendly, personable and talked us through all the steps of the process. Have recommended in the past and would recommend in the future.

Very experienced and nice staff. The process was all smooth and easy to deal with, the text messages and phone. Call/email updates were wonderful. My car was finished within the timeline. This is the fifth car I've had fixed here and I have been happy with every one of them. Definitely a thumbs up and recommend for any of your car repair needs.
