I had a great experience with 3D Auto Sales and U-Haul! The team was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, the equipment was in great condition, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, but they definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely be coming back here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable place to rent a U-Haul!

I just had the pleasure of renting a U-Haul from this location. I cannot speak highly enough of this location, the u-haul rental was the only thing that went well in my move and it went INCREDIBLE. They are genuine and helpful with the renting process, they are flexible and accommodating. Truly can’t convey how great they are. Even if I move to another continent in my next move I would still rent my truck from them, 20/10 experience.

Very friendly service. Had my tow dolly ready. Took 10 minutes, back on the road. If you go there, ask how Wilbur is doing. He's a cute tiny mouse that runs around in the shop! LOL!

I purchased a car (black Crown Vic our front in the pictures of the business) where he spray painted the car (I know because the spray paint was in my trunk when I bought it) as well as the push bar on the front. Upon closer inspection of the push bar, i found it had some rust, as I sanded it down, I found more and more rust, until I realized he had just spray painted all the rusty parts with black spray paint. That does not fix the problem! I’ve spent the last two days just stripping the paint off as well as the rust. Upon looking at my car even more, there are a bunch of things that are missing and that have been switched out. I’m not sure if it was the dealer, or the previous owner. All of the tires on my car (including the spare) were different brands and ratings, and were all complete

I am SO disappointed with the service that the man working gave me. I had reserved a 6’ x 12’ UHAUL trailer from him. We got there and someone else was dropping another 6’ x 12’ off at his place. We then proceeded to get all paperwork finished and payments, etc… As we went out my dad noticed the wiring to the UHAUL trailer disconnected and dragging on the floor. We pointed it out to him and he proceeded to say it was fine (it wasn’t, our left blinker and brake light wasn’t working)… We asked if we could take the other 6’ x 12’ trailer that was dropped off as we got there and he said that other people had a reservation for that one & told us if we showed up after them, we would’ve gotten the one that was just dropped off.
