Had a broken lug nut and was recommended my Discount Tire (Shawn), because I had a slow tire leak from a nail I'm sure from I-30. Discount Tire couldn't fix the leak while it was broken(Risky). 3DD was awesome got me in and out in about 2 hrs and patched the Tire. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Richard and his team were efficient and wildly effective in diagnosing our issue and repairing the serpentine belt on our Volvo XC 60. Their customer service was above and beyond the call of duty. Richard personally drove us to our hotel and then after giving us his personal cell number, followed up to make sure we made it home safely. There is nothing better than the confidence you feel driving 700 miles home after such a long trip in a car with service issues. Thank you all so much for all your help and concern. We wish we lived closer so we could have ALL of our work done by 3DD Automotive.

Great place, very friendly. All are master mechanics which is great! Their free 175 pt check is very detailed. Ive been with Service Advisor Jim Johnson for 5yrs no matter where he working. I trust him completely and he runs a tight ship!!! There's no pressure if they find things that need attention. Keep you informed all through the process. Highly recommend them!!! My first visit but will definitely be back!
