They did everything they could to fix my car, but ultimately the engine was not reparable; which I had anticipated. They were honest, upfront, and informative. They also gave me some information and suggestions about my next car; which wouldn’t benefit them at all. It was just them being kind. They only charged me the minimal diagnostic fee. They were able, willing, and kind enough to let me keep my car there, until I could get it picked up a few days later. It was a great experience in the midst of a somewhat stressful situation. I hope to not need car repairs again anytime soon, but when that time comes, I’ll definitely be back to 3D’s. I’m very appreciative of their time, expertise, efforts, and kindness!

I had 2 of my vehicles serviced from here, this past summer and overwhelmed with the results. Repairs on an older vehicle may be challenging, but I give a lot of credit for their time and patience. Duan is very friendly & and easy to work with, especially with my busy schedule. I will definitely utilize their services if needed in the future. Thanks!

I was quoted 950 for 4 rotors and 4 brake pads, with an extra 200 plus for a caliper. The only fair price for my vehicle quoted was the caliper. For my vehicle, labor and parts are under 700 for just brakes and rotors. Im not sure if this place thinks women aren't knowledgeable about cars or was just trying to get over on me, but I would not recommend this shop. Update: I did not need all 4 brakes or rotors. I needed 2 front brakes, one caliper (which I knew) and one rotor. If you know anything about cars, its ideal to change all 4 brakes and rotors at once but not an absolute need if you dont have the money at once. This shop tried to get me out of 1000 dollars in parts and labor, when I had my car fixed for under 600 by my actual mechanic. He wasn't available the day I took it to 3Ds s
