Brought in my vehicle for a simple fix and it back the same day. Nice guys. Glad to have found them. They'll be my mechanic going forward.

I foolishly pulled the front bumper of the car off in the parking lot of Edgecomb Potters, conveniently close to 4 Seasons. They were so kind to pull the whole thing off, put it in the trunk and zip tie anything hanging down. Made it home in one piece and can’t thank them enough!

Tell you one price on the phone and charge 3x as much in the shop. Predatory business practices. Would stay far away from these guys.

These guys are really busy and there's a reason for that. They're good at what they do. And yet despite this, in all the years I've had cars worked on by them, or towed, etc. they always seem to have space and time to get to me. If the job is big, they'll spot you a loaner. They're a full service shop, something that was helpful when I needed a tow and some bodywork a ways back. Greg, the owner, is smart, charitable, and one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've met living in Maine and elsewhere. He's honest about what a vehicle might need, but will work with you if he can- and he's rescued vehicles from less organized shops in the area, when customers have asked him to. He's of the mind that issues with vehicles should be diagnosed rather than simply replacing parts until the problem g
