We purchased power steps for our 2021 FORD Bronco from AMP Research which my husband installed. Upon completing the installation the power steps did not function properly due to wrong wiring instructions. After several phone calls, waiting for replacement parts, and reinstalling the new parts, the system still did not work. We spoke to Sean at Four Wheel Drive Parts in Las Vegas. He advised us to bring the vehicle in and have them take a look at it. Upon review of the wiring and a quick fix, the steps functioned properly. These guys came through for us! We bought our truck a day before leaving town for Las Vegas. So we needed to get our tonneau cover once we got to Vegas. Our sales person put us in touch with Shawn. He reached out to us and ordered our cover so it’d be here on arrival. Then he was available to help us get it installed before dark. Nice people, nice company. And the cover is perfect! Great service!!

I talked to Shawn on the phone wanting to get a new set of tires for my 4runner (tire 33x12.5 22 rim 22x14) asked him if they could do that he said yes with no hesitation. Long story short they couldn't get the tires on, damaged my rims in the process and wanted me to pay the shipping to send the tire back because they couldn't put it on. These guys are trash if you want a real shop to work on your truck check out the "Truck Shop" in N.Las Vegas on Ann and Simmons. Their shop is way better service and the prices are decent, saved $500 going with the truck shop for the same set of tires and they got the job done in half a day.
