I needed some warranty work done on our bus, but we were in the middle of a volleyball tournament in Point Lookout and so our window of opportunity was limited. Tim carved out a time slot in the production schedule, met me at the EC gate and had his team ready to get to work when the bus pulled into the bay. They did great work in a very limited amount of tme. Renee at the front desk greeted me with chocolate and warm conversation. Throughout the visit Tim returned with regular updates on the work. I sincerely appreciated the team’s attentiveness, courtesy, and professionalism. The crew at EC truly are pros and it was a pleasure working with them. Thank you!
