Super impressed with 4J Car Care! I stopped by for a quick service and they had me in and out way faster than I expected. Everyone there was super nice and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. Cheyenne and the team were awesome super friendly and made the whole thing easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find a place that’s both quick and honest, but this one definitely is. I’ll for sure be coming back next time I need anything done on my car!

Literally the best i’ve ever had getting an oil change. I was in a little bit of a rush and I had to get one before I went on a roadtrip. Cheyenne literally met me in the parking lot was straight to the point no bs, and I asked if they could get me done today, right now, and she was like “yeah of course!” I said “What do you need from me” she said: “The keys” and I was out the door with a completely fresh oil change in 10 minutes from that point. Cheyenne checked all my air filters, coolant, brake fluid, etc. Reset my mileage counter on my car, everything and on top of that had an AMAZING attitude. Best experience i’ve ever had and I was genuinely impressed. I know where I am coming for all my oil changes from here on. Thank you Cheyenne!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Cheyenne Brown is the absolute Shizz, she knows more than any mechanic I know and has a sparkling personality. I was stumped on an issue with my Mustang and ran it by the 2 best mechanics I know and she solved my problem for $31 and 10 minutes. I will forever be a permanent customer @4J for her actions today. Excellent customer service. Replaced the plastic oil filter cover with a metal cover on both my Camry and my RAV. If you're looking for a solid place to get your oil changed, this is the place.

So let me start off by saying that we have been going here for years with our vehicles. However it is a recent experience that I want to highlight. My daughter dropped her vehicle off to get it looked at due to an issue. She took the vehicle in and they diagnosed what they believed to be an issue in the rear hub. We were called and told the please come pick our vehicle up and take it to the dealership because what it needed done should be covered under the powertrain warranty. Sure enough when taken to the dealer the issue was in the hub and it was repaired for free. The service station gave up profit to do the right thing for the customer. I'm so glad to bring my business to a place that runs ethically.
