5 Minute Express Car Wash - Pearl

first off i want to say this is BY FAR the best car wash i’ve been to! beautiful property & the most energetic staff, every single one of them greeted me with a smile. my favorite thing about the wash has to be the graphene 1 i wasn’t very sure what it was prior to coming, all i knew was it was apart of the most expensive wash😆. if im not mistaken i believe his name was Tyler or Tyla, he did an amazing job start to finish of explaining the different wash packages and how each part of the wash would affect my car. not a single scratch was left of my vehicle and the blowers work phenomenally! 10/10 and i will be back for a membership. just had to get on and show my gratitude towards this amazing establishment!

🚨 Worst Car Wash Ever – 0 Star 🚨 This place DESTROYED the front of my GMC Denali. The wash ripped off the factory hood vent and trim (see first photos). This wasn’t some aftermarket accessory — it came stock from GMC. The damage wasn’t minor. A professional body shop estimate shows nearly $2,000 in repairs (see last photo). Their response? They offered me $200 and tried to brush it off. They admitted the wash caused it, even sent me to get it evaluated, and still refused to cover the real cost. Bottom line: they’ll wreck your vehicle and leave you holding the bill. If you value your car or truck, avoid 5 Minute Express Carwash in Pearl, MS like the plague

First time coming here & there’s a few things that brought this from what would’ve been a 5star down to a two star review. 1. I passed this place up twice as I was looking for a lit up sign. Finally found it after putting it in my gps. 2. Noticed it was wayyyy too dark by the vacuums and figured they didn’t have lights which was odd. 3. Cut the vacuums off on me at 6:59pm as I was literally on my last mat. While I understand that they close at 7pm, you couldn’t at a minimum give me until 7pm to finish? You know how frustrating it is to pay $20 for a car wash then have to pull off with a clean car except for ONE dirty mat?!?! 4. Then the conveniently once the last teenager walked out to leave, (at exactly 7pm), the lights to the vacuums & the front sign MAGICALLY TURNED ON! This tells

This place is amazing! Woman friendly. You can even check air pressure for your tires! Very impressive! Energetic, friendly and helpful staff! I am very satisfied! See y'all soon!

I went and washed my car today and Mr. Floyd came over and explained all the tools they had like the windex and the detailing air machine and he mentioned they let customers borrow towels. Thank you for being so nice and explaining everything!
