My husband and I have memberships with 5 Star Auto and absolutely love that it’s our one stop shop for repairs, oil changes, car washes and vacuuming!

Very grateful to the staff. The girl at the front desk is very nice and friendly. The technician who serviced my car is very cool and a great guy. I had a breakdown just outside their building. They did their job and agreed to finish it today and did it by 7pm even though they could have closed at 5. I am very grateful to you. You are great people and professionals.

I love this place and have been going here for a few years now. In my opinion, they’re the best car wash and detailing place in Winchester. I love their drive through wash and their express interior cleaning option. They’re usually pretty quick and always do a great job. If they happen to miss something (which has only happened twice in the 3 years I’ve been going there), I just let them know and they fix it right away. I recently took the car in to have a full professional detail and I was very pleased with the result. Haven’t seen my car that clean since I bought it 7 years ago! They cleaned the upholstery and the carpets, as well as every nook and crevice. 10/10!

I went to get my annual inspection for my jeep and they told me I needed to get $2,000 in repairs. I took my jeep to another mechanic who said that nothing they recommended needed to get done. I think because I’m a girl they completely tried to take advantage of me and take my money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
