I always have a wonderful and pleasant experience at 5 Star Auto Spa, the wash does really well at cleaning the exterior of your vehicle, leaving your exterior looking shiny and spotless. I love all the staff members there, especially Alyssa! She really cares about customer satisfaction, she is extremely helpful and goes through all the wash options! The membership is a really good price! I highly recommend 5 Star Auto Spa car wash, best car wash in Winchester!
I have been a member at 5 Star Auto Spa for about five years now, and they truly are a wonderful team. Brett stopped by to check if I needed anything, and I let him know that I consistently have a great experience there. I did mention that having small cleaning bottles available, like some competitors offer, would be a nice addition. That said, the drive in quick cleans are always convenient and leave my car looking great. I have also used their drop off detailing services, and they are thorough and fantastic to work with. The staff is always so welcoming. I believe her name is Alyssa, she is especially wonderful. She ran out in the wind and cold just to help me, even though she didn't have to. She truly went above and beyond, just like the rest of the team always does.
ALYSSA it's always really friendly and ready to help. The place is always clean. There's always towels ready and the vacuums work amazing. Go get your carwashed now.
Im a top tier member and the carwash never shines my wheels. I tend to ask for someone to come out and take care of it . They do without a problem but i really shouldn't need to and then I have to wait and feel like a bother... But Alyssa is Awesome. She is always happy to help an a pleasure to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
5 🌟 Auto is the best! Customer service is excellent. Great deals with the monthly plans and the crew that cleans the insides of the car pay great attention to detail. Alyssa who stands at the front gate is very helpful and provides friendly service with a smile. I'd gladly recommend this car wash to anyone🙏🏽
