5 Star Emission Repair

Worst experience ever ! I would never recommend to family or friends to do business with this shop ! They completely left my Mercedes S600 in bad condition to where I had to get it towed after it threw out all the power steering fluid & from my ABC pump was left dry ! Causing the air suspension to fail and car dropped to the ground. My AC was working completely fine when I dropped it off now it’s not cooling at all ! My front radar sensors are also not working as they disassembled the hole front end ! Causing me more stress then anything and giving me my car back in bad condition when nothing was wrong with the ac or front radar or the suspension! All it needed was the power steering pump changed out and the car is still making the winding noise ! As they probably didn’t change it as they

I was recommended 5 Star Emission through a friend at work and am happy to have found my new go to auto repair facility. Julio and his staff were all very professional and helpful in explaining the repairs I needed. Turnaround time was a couple of days and price was reasonable.

After 5 months of going back and forth, my car is worse than before. Julio is dishonest with fraudulent actions, I was charged for repairs that were never performed, I would give this shop 0 stars but it’s not an option. I hope Arizona Attorney General can help us.

Repairs took a bit longer than originally expected but communication was always good. Overall I am happy since my car had already been to another shop that wasn’t able to fix it. I would recommend, Julio provided good customer service, quality work and fair prices.

Julio and his team are unprofessional. They told me my brake job would take one day and it ended up taking nine. I had to Uber to work all week. When I finally got my car back the brakes squeaked worse than before. I took it to another shop and they showed me that they didn’t even replace the pads, These guys should not be allowed to work on cars.
