5 Star Service Center

I took my car to 5 Star Service Center to get a door scratch repaired. The associate examined the scratch, explained the repair to me, and provided an estimate. When repairing the scratch, 5 Star Service Center contacted me to tell me they needed to order something from the paint manufacturer to match the color. I am happy with the end result, and appreciate their taking the time to match the color perfectly. 5 Star Service Center kept in touch with me via email while they worked on my car.

They gave me a really fair price. He did real good work and they did in a timely fashion. They were caring about calling me back and the experience was professional. The paint job looks great and matches great. I punched hole in the top drop of my Jeep and needed new fender and front bumper, and its looks like new.

Phenomenal body shop! Martha at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly, professional, and consistently kept me updated on my cars progress. I had the drivers side fender replaced on my 2019 Civic, and the results look completely factory new. The pricing was very fair compared to other shops in the area, and the turnaround time was quick without sacrificing quality. Outstanding service! We had the hood of our toyota tundra replaced and painted along with painting the areas under headlights. . Wow!!! The paint was blended to the old paint and cannot even tell there was work done! The job was done to perfection!! It looks great!! Martha appraised the job and stepped us through each phase of the job, from getting scheduled to the day of completion. Great staff and a job well done! We will highly recommend them when needed!

5 Star was recommended by a local and reputable automotive paint supplier. I needed a new urethane bumper painted for my 1973 Corvette. A very special car that I would not trust to just anyone. The reception was pleasant and professional, the facility was very busy with a lot of repair work, but I was given immediate attention and an estimate of cost and time to complete was provided. I was contacted within the time estimated and the cost matched the estimate. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend 5 Star.
