5 Star Tire & Auto

I was down in Thomaston for a family gathering and my low tire pressure indicator kept coming on. I saw 5 Star and stopped to see if they could help me. They quickly took care of me and brought my tires up to standard for no charge!! Thank You 5 Star!!

This is the hardest review I ever had to write because I normally have NO issues with this establishment. Unfortunately, this experience was not as pleasant as it could have been. My car had been down for three months because of some unknown clicking noise. The Nissan dealer informed me that my bearings were starting to crack. I jumped my car, let it charge for about an hour, and then drove it straight to 5-star, music blasting and everything(key point). Now, they did exactly what I asked them to do as far as fixing the car however, the unfortunate thing was when the returned my car to me the radio was no longer working. Confused, I turned around and asked the three ladies at the front about it and after taking it to the back to check everything out. They returned it to me a second time

Such nice staff! They did an oil change on my car and did an excellent job! Will definitely go back! Reasonable prices too! I did only have an oil change!

This is the best shop I’ve ever gone to. They treat you like family and are so honest. They won’t try and sell you something you don’t need! The only place I’ll take my truck

Stopped in for an oil change, no appointment on a Friday evening. They were very accommodating, not super busy. Very pleasant experience. Will be back for future needs.
