5 Star Towing

My apartment complex did not make it aware a new sticker was needed and did not give me a new one during renewing my lease. You would think they would be like hey that’s our fault she does live her she is allowed to have her car here we forgot to give her a new sticker when we gave her her new lease but they’re saying it’s my fault. After going through my lease agreement the only thing I can find is that they have the right to tow with no permit. I see nothing about stating to get a new sticker and it’s our responsibility or at least even be told ONE TIME to keep an eye on it or ANYTHING. Had i of been aware I would have gladly went and got a new little sticker from the office it’s not hard. Even after walking around the apartment complex more than half of the cars don’t have a sticker and

I called first called a different Tow truck company in Midland because my cars front axle snapped or something like that and it was and and my wheel was tocuhing my fender and me steering my steering wheel inside my car did not move my wheels. I was stuck in the middle of the road waiting for the first company I called for about 1.5 hours. I then called this place and he said he could be over in 10 minutes. he did, and he hauled my car away no problem on a holiday which was Labor day yesterday. Definetly a 5 star company and the guy I met yesterday was amazing. Very kind and respectful, and my car by the way could not be moved out of the street if it wasnt for him. Highly recommend this place as a first choice before any others.

Bad experience. Unfortunately they towed our vehicle while we were visiting the Andalucia apartment complex in Odessa, Tx due to visiting after hours without a parking permit. Nowhere in the complex have signs saying about after hours or needing a parking permit. They do not enforce their own rules since I saw multiple cars without parking permits. Their response was that the resident should’ve known about the parking permits, however, this could be avoided if they had better communication with the apartment complex. This towing company needs to do better in enforcing their own parking rules and need multiple warning signs around the complex because it seems like they are the ones making the fraud.

Answered right away and was able to leave immediately to rescue my kids who were stranded outside Garden City. Excellent customer service and a great company overall!!
