I had a nail in my tire and it came out in the middle of nowhere and 53 Automotive was the closest tire/mechanic near me And open on Veterans Day. I called first and the lady was so friendly over the phone. When I got there they pulled my car in and plugged the tire in 10 minutes. The lady who is also the owner (family owned business) talked to me about services they offer and even quoted me for tires for future purchase. This is a pleasant family owned business and i plan to use their services in the future.

The mechanics and tow guys are great.! They work fast, are courtesy, and very knowledgeable.! However, too bad you don't deal with them when you call in, or come to pay for your repair and pick up your vehicle. I will NOT recommend anyone to go here until the lady I believe her name is Wendy, no longer works here. She's very talkative, which makes here extremely scattered brained, and horrible at customer service. In the 35 mins I was there to pay for my truck (I was only customer there) she told me 4x how my brake caliper was sticking, not to mention she told me this 3x before they repaired my truck. She answered the phone and smoked a cigarette while we were in the middle of our transaction. She couldn't find a blank ticket to write on so I could have an invoice just for the tow to be re

This family owned business is awesome. They are reasonably priced, friendly and do an amazing job. Had my truck completely repainted and looks awesome. I wouldn’t bring a vehicle anywhere else in the area besides here.
