From the moment I called for a tow to the time I was driving away, the entire experience took just 50 minutes. It was the quickest, smoothest, most professional, and kind service I’ve ever received. This all happened unexpectedly picking up a very young child from school— tired at the end of a long day — so as you can imagine, it could have been a very stressful situation. Allen and the driver (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly kind) were absolutely amazing. Great service. My teenage daughter’s Jeep broke down in the middle of Linton road. Allen arrived quickly, had parts ordered the next day and immediately completed the repair. He was upfront, transparent and fair with all of his pricing which is something that’s important for a parent with an out of town college student. Thank you, Allen!
