I have bought this car in this dealership. They are very friendly and explain me what cars they have. They help me to understand what car will perfectly fit my interests. Explained me further steps regarding car registration. Showed me some useful features of this car. The car itself was very clean outside and inside.

NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! the transaction went smoothly but the car has needed a significant amount of work since I have owned it. Both rear wheel wells were entirely rotted and patched with body filler by an extremely amateur mechanic. The starter and battery both went bad within a week of owning the vehicle, brakes were worn out and the suspension has needed work. In total, the repair bill has exceeded the value of this car. I am extremely disappointed with the transaction, I would never recommend anybody buy a vehicle from these people.

We recently had a very positive experience shopping for and purchasing a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for our daughter from 5th Element Motors in Acton, MA. Dias was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The vehicle was mechanically sound and very clean inside and out. Dias didn’t pressure us to buy and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Our local mechanic did a thorough inspection of the car and told us the Kia is in excellent condition. I would recommend 5th Element Motors to anyone in the market for a dependable used vehicle. I had an amazing experience buying a cute used 2008 Toyota corolla. Extremely professional, willing to negotiate, and even replacing my break pads as part of the deal since they were 50% worn down or so. Would 100% come back here if looking to exchange or buy a vehicle again!

I live in WV 12 hrs away from 5 th element, i found my 09 tundra on their website thru carfax, contacted dastan from their website, i wanted to see the frame he gladly sent me pictures, i decided to put $250 dp to hold the truck till i could take care of the financing on my end he said no problem, it took ten days to get a check to them from my bank, he scheduled a shipper within a couple days, the next morning the truck was in my driveway it was exactly what i thought it would be from the pics , for 16 yrs old it is nice. Dastan was truly honest with me every step of the way— he did everything he said he would do on the deal 100% . I obviously didnt get to test drive the truck but hey its a toyota and i own 2 cars and trust their product. Bottom line DONT BE AFRAID TO SHOP FROM AFAR YOU
