Mustafa was my dealer June 25th and Sonny was the sales manager. Terrible experience with the dealership staff itself as their error caused me 6 months of stress trying to get them to fix their mistake. Finally December 2nd the issue has been resolved. And was not fixed by either of the 2 employees I mentioned above, who I contacted several times; that gave me the run around this entire time. Which I have documented in everything and recorded. Thank god for the person who stepped up or I’d still be waiting. This was not a good buying experience; shady business practices. I’m glad I can wash my hands of it now and no longer have to work with them. Everyone was right I should have went somewhere else. Worked with Christian and it was a great experience! He was very nice and understanding of what my family and I needed and wanted. The only downside was how long we waited but other than that it was well worth it!
