My family has been servicing our vehicles at 625 for years and had consistently good experiences. This past spring, my car had a recurring issue (some sort of valve?) which the shop repaired twice. I did not live locally and ended up needing to take the vehicle to have the issue repaired a third time at a different service center in my state of residence. 625 worked with the other service center over the phone to determine the root of the issue (the model of my car required it to have a model-branded part). I returned the unused part to them and they refunded money from the unnecessary repairs. My car has not had an issue since. 625 is thorough and diligent. I am beyond thankful for 625 Auto Repair! Our van broke down, and the owner stayed open past closing till the tow truck could make it to the shop. A faulty part still under warranty was repaired free of charge. I honestly feel like the team truly cares about us. They are a family-owned business doing its part to build a better community!

Ive never felt more comfortable having an auto shop like 625 work on my vehicle. They will send you home with a spare car if your of age and cant make an early morning appointment, they will go above and beyond professionalism, really break down whats going on with your vehicle and only use the best products to work on your vehicle. I do not get check engine lights after a couple weeks leaving this shop, I recommend them to anyone who asks me about auto work and i gladly drive 45 minutes then somewhere convenient right up the street.
