I have been a customer for over 20 years for myself and for our church. We've had as many as 7 vehicles at a time. They have worked on everything from major transmission issues to oil changes and inspections. I have always received excellent service and they go beyond what is expected. I have also always been charged a very good price. I highly recommend 66 automotive.

Not good at all. I had gone by the day before for an oil change. He seemed busy, so I asked if tomorrow would be a better time, he said yes, so we agreed on 12:00. Although I had an appt., two people who arrived after me were taken care of first and left, so I was the only one there and an oil change still took them over 2 hours! And the two guys who worked in back were both outside smoking and having a good ol time! Finally, I got up and asked if I could go ahead and pay thinking they might get the hint! Plus, the amount was extremely high for an oil change. Also, the two dudes who changed the oil totally messed up my audio, it was not where it was, and after I got down the road, realized they didn't put a sticker on windshield, so I had to go back to get that! Terrible service.

I've been coming here for inspections, maintenance, etc for a few years now and they are always so kind! It's nice and air conditioned in the waiting area. The service itself is also done correctly! And quickly if they can help it! I truly appreciate it :) Highly recommend!

I took a 2010 Camry into the shop after the check engine light turned on and my car was stalling very roughly. I was told there was a fourth cylinder misfire, coolant found on the fourth cylinder (which seemingly had no significance to the issue found and seems to have been inaccurate) Pressure good, Spark plug good, and I was quoted $3,000 to even further inspect the engine (motor) to determine the cause of the issue and get an actual diagnosis. I recieved a cross reference from a respectable employee at McSwain automotive and he was able to determine simply by switching them around (which 66auto had said they did) that I had a bad Coil Pack. Came here for the friendly, quality, and affordable service. Great small business. Added bonus during my registration inspection visit was being greeted by the Auto-cat. I do not know it's name but it was healthy, clean, and got many pets.
