Same experience happened when using the coupon for discounts. They will not honor the coupon if you don't present prior service. Just really bad business practice enticing customers for a coupon and not honoring it because of the rule they put in place. No repeat business for me on this site. Just not worth it.

I'm really sad to be doing this because I felt really good about this place until this experience but I feel wronged and would hate for anyone else to have the same experience. I came in and got my car smogged, everything was fine until I presented an online coupon. It has a small notice saying to present prior to the work being done which I didn't see. It's in red print but so are other things on the same page so you don't really notice it. By the time I presented it the service was done and they didn't honor the price. The woman at the front desk is kind but she tried to make it seem like this is something the person designing the coupon should have done differently.
