I took my 2016 Ford F150 in for service. The team at 723 is always great to work with. Rudi is a automotive technician here that is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He takes his time to diagnose and fix any issue that he sees.

My husband and I were traveling to see our granddaughter for her birthday when our car started acting up. We found 723 Automotive & Diesel online and called to see if they could see us. After talking to Nick, he said bring it in and by that afternoon, we had our car repaired and ready to go. Nick and his team did a wonderful job helping us save our weekend. I took my Ram 1500 in today for a 4-wheel alignment. I mentioned to the shop owner that I was particular about the steering wheel being straight as I've had poor experiences in the past with other shops. Not only did they correct the alignment and ensure the steering wheel was straight, the owner even called me on the way back home to ensure everything was great and to my expectations. I generally don't use shops for maintenance or small repairs, but I can fully recommend these guys to take care of any work you might need done. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, the work was done fast and they made sure the work was done right and made sure I was satisfied. I will be coming back in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family. They even have a friendly shop cat to keep

I was having car trouble and far from home. I live in Spring about an hour and twenty minutes away and had run over a concrete curb at a construction site. I pulled into the first place I saw that could help me and I sure was glad it was these guys! They were very friendly and helped get me back on the road in no time. Was the plastic piece that directs air away from the engine for aerodynamics that's under the car that had broken loose. They fixed me up and sent me on my way with a smile! Didn't charge me a thing despite me asking. Such wonderful folks. If I lived in the area, they would have a customer for life!!
