I had an incredible experience at this place. My car had significant damage to the front left side, and I was worried it wouldn't be the same. The team was extremely professional. I live in Staten Island, and I did not have to stress at all. They came to pick up my car at my house, delivered me a car loaner on the spot, and the entire process was just awesome! My car was delivered in the promised timeframe, a little over a week, and in perfect condition. They even did a detailed cleaning of the entire car, that’s how much they care for their customers! A few years ago I paid over 80 bucks to do a car cleaning and that place did not even do half of the cleaning these guys did for me when I did not even ask them! By far the worst service experience I’ve had. Every time I visit, the shop is overcrowded and clearly overbooked. There is little to no communication about when vehicles are actually ready for pickup, which shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. I paid $800 to have my motor mounts replaced, only to later discover what appear to be cheap, low-quality parts and improper hardware used in the installation. That is completely unacceptable at that price point. I strongly advise women — or anyone who values transparency and professionalism — to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.

I took my car and was very satisfied with the result. They left it in perfect condition, like new. Plus, the treatment was very professional and the price was fair. You can tell they care about doing their job well. Thank you for the excellent service!

Brung my Ford with a door damage after a friend recommended. They repaired it within less week and looks better than how I brung it to them.. they even gave me a complimentary wash inside and out.
