My Autistic son needed a car so I went here as it was the closest dealer. We went out on a test drive in a RV4 that had an check engine light on, along with an AWD malfunction notice showing. Despite this, the salesperson tried to push the car onto us, wanting to "start the process". I really felt that he was just wanting to get the deal done and push us out the door. Long story short, we did end up buying a car from them after trying a couple of other used RV4's. But I was not impressed with my experience here. I felt rushed and pushed. Really wish I had walked away and looked at other dealerships.

Best car shopping experience, yet. Our sales rep, Joe, was very nice, funny and honest. We did not feel pressured into anything and they gave us a fair price on our trade-in. Once we knew what we wanted, we pulled it out of the lot in less than 24-hours. Really great service that matches the quality of the product.

Friendly people, fast excellent service. Lots of parts on hand. I’ve bought my four most recent cars from here. Three Subaru’s and a Toyota. Highly recommended. Good coffee in the waiting room too.

Every thing was good except for their labor charges. They charge what the book says for any given repair job per hour and not what the actual time that it takes to do the repairs. Just a heads up to the customers. You may be paying up to double the time that it actually takes to do the repair. You may be paying up to $200 per hour for your repairs.

Had an "appointment" for my inspection, I'm new from out of state and that was different but NBD BUUUUT it'll be in a week 👎. Again not ideal but not THAT big of a deal. I get there a week later and they tell me it will be 2 hours before I'm up, there are cars ahead of me. What?!?! I scheduled an appointment I had to wait a week for and now I have to wait two more hours in the middle of my work day? I told them no thanks I'd go to The Auto Clinic across town. I had called and they could take me right in and would be done in 30 min tops. So I tell them this and magically I'm next. Didn't stay.
