I purchased a 2015 Lexus IS 350 from this dealership in December and was told that the screen issue would be fixed by providing a new radio SD card. The salesperson confirmed in messages that the part had already been ordered and would be delivered to my house. Months have passed and I still have not received the part. Recently they told me it would arrive on Friday, but nothing was delivered. Since then, they have stopped responding to my messages and calls. I still have the messages where they clearly promised to fix the issue. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better honesty and follow-through from a dealership after purchasing a vehicle.

The most dishonest dealer I’ve ever had to displeasure of working with. I bought a Ram 1500 from them and less than 24 hours after buying it the transmission completely failed. Then began an extremely frustrating process of asking the dealership to work with me on getting it repaired (understanding I bought it as is, and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt). They would take weeks at a time to respond. They continually lied about the repair process and what it would cost me. And they continued to try and charge me more. After 3 months of no help and no progress, and then trying to charge me more than half of what I paid for the truck in repairs, I asked them if we could work out a price to sell it back and they could deal with it. They refused to give me any more than a very disres
