Got to dealership was told they were eating lunch. No problem I said I will look around the parking lot. The owner came out and said he would help us. So he opened the vehicle he was pleasant. I opened the hood checked the transmission fluid level. It had a hot level and cold level on dip stick. The fluid was on the hot level. I mentioned this to him. He immediately turned nasty saying forget it. Leave I am tired of people like you. The owner and salesman displayed behavior that is not acceptable or customer friendly. I for sure was not pleased with the way I was treated.

I'd been looking for a truck for a few days before my cross country trip with no luck, until I found 9 East. I found the truck I was looking for and they went above and beyond to ensure it was set for that drive. They were extremely helpful and made trading in my car well worth it. Highly recommend checking them out!!!

$20k car with 23% interest and the worst warranty coverage I’ve ever dealt with, first month car went back 2 times and after 2 more I stopped trying and paid out of pocket to fix what they wouldn’t. Car didn’t even last a year and it’s done for now. Still gotta pay it off but at least Kevin’s lights are on and he’s got a reliable car. Horrible people, do not trust them or buy from them at any cost. Lesson seriously learned.

Bought a Dodge Durango. Was easy to deal with them and get the deal done. Kevin was great to work with and made the process simple. Will.buy again from them

So I picked up my car yesterday, March 4, 2025. I would rate this auto sales dealership at 10. They did work with me. I was allowed to make weekly payments on my down payment toward my down payment. I was very thankful that he held the car for me until I can come up with 100% of the down payment. During this time they were working with the finance company diligently. to get me approved. I was approved! I’m so grateful. I don’t wanna miss any names; but the names are Mike the owner and then Kevin and David a few more but I don’t know their names. I’m so thankful and I’m so happy with my car and I’m so happy with the overall service. Lushanda Rosier 🙏🏽😃
