9 North Tire

Great guys. They helped balance the new tires I bought at Mavis Dunwoody who clearly have no clue how to balance tires properly. After 9 North balanced them they were smooth as butter on the highway!

Found a nail in my tire and went to get it patched. The man at the register went to take a look at it, he removed the nail and tested to see if there was a leak. Luckily the nail did not penetrate past the tire tread/Nub. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of the man that helped me and the business! I will be going back in the future for any tires needs!

I went to have tires rotated on Aug.19,2025. After they finished rotating tires they parked my vehicle in front of the shop. Before getting in my car I walked around the car to check the wheel covers as I did before I left home. I noticed the right front cover was busted. When I went back in and told the old man at the desk, who had nothing to do with rotating the tires, he immediately said they didn't do it. He then turned to a heavy set man at the end of the counter and said "we didn't do it, did we" which he replied "no". I have bought tires at this shop for years but that ended today. I gave their service one star but they don't deserve that. There just wasn't a rating below one star. I have never had an issue with them before, and I have always been treated with courtesy. I'm late to share this. Awesome local auto repair. I've been going for years. Only place I've ever been with a car where I was told I didn't need work or "no charge" for diagnostic work. The other day, my (now grown) daughter drove from Atlanta for a headlight repair. No extra run around on things she didn't need. They charged her only 75%-80% of what he google search said the repair should cost. In & out in about 20mins. Simply the most honest auto repair place I've ever used. Now my daughter is hooked on them too!
