918 Wrecker Service

Joe with 918 wrecker was great. He kept us informed as to arrival time. Was very gentle in loading my Hell Cat onto his roll back wrecker. Made sure the folks at the tire store, filled my flat back up before taking off the wrecker so as not to damage the alloy wheel. Would highly recommend. 6 stars if they gave them.

They performed a service like no other. I was very satisfied with the way they handled the towing of my 97 Ford f150 that had a broken front ball joint. There were two workers that came to tow my truck one of them's name was Theo and the others name was Shawn. One marker had been there for over a year the other one has been there for only 3 days and let me tell you what the newbie was the one that put that truck of my up onto that tow truck and he didn't outstanding job considering he had only been there 3 days he is definitely a keeper for this company because he will only get better over time the driver has been there for over a year and he did an outstanding job and very professional about the way he did it on directing his trainee and things that he need him to do as well as directing

I highly recommend 918 Wrecker for anyone needing quick, excellent service. Ty was kind, knowledgeable, and knew his stuff. He was able to get my vehicle on the wrecker and delivered to my destination quickly and efficiently. He had excellent customer service. I will be calling them for all my future needs!

Joe arrived and discussed options for where to tow my vehicle, closer to where stranded or closer to my residence. I chose closer to my home for convenience even though it was costlier. We were able to make it to service location before closing. He was friendly and professional. I was very happy to see him and very satisfied with the service. Joe did an amazing job. He got to our destination fast despite being traffic hour. He handle our vehicle with care and went above and beyond to help us out. Joe had a great personality and showed his interest in helping us out when my family needed it the most.
