96 Auto Spa

I had an incredible experience with 96 Auto Spa! Fred Love did an absolute standout job on my vehicle. From start to finish, he was extremely communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process. He truly went above and beyond, even sending before and after photos so I could see the transformation. When I picked it up, it looked exactly like the day we first bought it! We are so thankful for Fred’s hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to 96 Auto Spa and paid $60 for an inside-only cleaning (vacuum and wipe-down). What I received was the poorest service I’ve ever experienced. The interior was still dirty, and it looked almost the same as when I dropped it off. Complete waste of money.

Carly was fantastic! She was extremely pleasant in person and super accommodating. She even gave me the space I needed to reorganize items from my car before the deep interior clean. She was incredibly thorough, easy to work with (even when I brought my own preferred cleaning products), and the detailing was absolute perfection. My car had definitely been through the toddler/car seat phase, and she made it look showroom new. Totally worth the cost and time. Their location is conveniently set in a shopping center, so the wait is easy... you can run errands or relax nearby. I’ll definitely be using 96 Auto Spa again. It feels amazing getting into a spotless car. Their attention to detail and respect for my requests were top-notch!

Austin is the best! My 2106 Lexus came out great. He polished out scratches on the bumper, oxidation on the hood and even removed a nasty old painted on pinstripe! I will never go any place else for car detailing. I am a customer for life!

I brought my boss’s car in for a Silver Package detail, and the team was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and thorough. They kept me updated on the timing while I waited, and their attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommend!
