971 Car Repair & Restoration

1 star given only because I can’t give zero. I had an absolute terrible experience with this place… This guy is extremely unreliable and takes on too much work than he can handle quite obviously. I called to get my vehicle in to be looked at and they were “backed up a bit” but were able to get in me in in approximately 1.5 weeks. I dropped my vehicle of and waited 5 days before calling about an update as we understand mechanics can run behind and things happen… No call back (after leaving multiple messages) for another 2 days where we were told the owner was sick and that’s why there was a delay. I was told that my vehicle was looked at and the part needed was ordered and would be coming in the next day. We were given the estimated amount the parts and labor would cost and that the vehicle

Henry and Lynn are awesome. The work is done right the first time. I won't take my cars anywhere else.
