I'd like to thank Josh and A-1 Auto Body for a job well done. My vehicle was involved in an accident in which my bumper was damaged. From the initial meeting Josh was nothing but courteous, pleasant and professional. Josh even went the extra mile, giving me a ride home so that I wouldn't have to secure a ride at added expense by having to take an Uber or Lyft. He was very responsive throughout the entire process answering any and all questions and getting back to me immediately or in a timely manner at all times. He suggested that the repair work would take no more than two weeks when another body shop suggested that the time necessary to repair my car was three to four weeks.
