A-1 Auto Care

I was referred by a good friend to A1 auto. This is my third time using them and every time when I think they can’t top the experience that I had previously it gets better each time. I have found them to be very fair and focused on finding a solution. These days we just need people to be good at what they do and follow through with what they say. Whenever I go to the shop, there are always a lot of people waiting to get their car serviced I think the word is out the A1 is the place to go. My experience each time has been five stars.

This is an incredible place. I love it here. I have all my cars maintained by them. I feel at ease. They are professional and their prices are reasonable.

This place is a staple in the community for a reason. Very good customer service here and the guys mechanics are able to work on just about any car for most situations. Their prices are competitive and almost always beat places like Pep-Boys and A&R Tire & Brakes just down the street. I definitely recommend this garage and I have been to A LOT of automotive repair shops in the Inland Empire. 10 out of 10.

Let start off by saying that A1 is best they never do u dirty always a honest job n never over charge a customer JR is the man to speak to he will always make u feel like u matter every time u come in my dad n my family been coming here for years so trust these there really good honest people n plus they have gas u can full up there as well it's a all stop shop

Transported my dad's car from Arizona to California after it sat in Arizona for over a year. Was told it did not pass because the car wasn't ready to test after a battery change (needed because it sat for a year). No paper work was given or signed before the test but after I paid for the test a note at the top said that retesting for something not ready would result in paying half price for the next test. I feel that the large sign out front that says Pass or retest for free is false advertising. No mention or literature about the terms were given before agreeing to test the car or any questions about if a battery had been changed on the car. Will not use this place again for smog or any other service. Which is too bad because I was looking for a new auto repair shop since my previou
