A-1 Braden's Towing

I completely understand that it's 12am but whomever you have dispatching tonight was so rude. Unfortunately accidents and tragedy can happen at any hour. All I asked him was a simple question and he basically started acting like I was a bother or an annoyance. I'll be calling Bills Towing in Bridgeport. If women calling you for help in the middle of the night is such a problem just maybe that guy needs to find a different job.

This place is a joke we had a flat . Was stuck on the island walked all the way to there place waited for 30 minutes to get help no one showed so saw a young kid outside he said they was in the back he went and got someone . And she came out was very rude said she would go see if she had what we was looking for but she never came back out after 20 minutes we said the hell with it and left

He’s the only one I have on speed dial for a tow truck. He knows how to do business and he’s honest. Today he did a lockout for us. - locked my key (in the ignition) in my ram . He was there in 30 minutes. Got me in my truck and didn’t scratch up or scuff paint from the door jam. He does his job right and takes pride in doing it. I also had a semi truck towed by him in the middle of the night out on rt250. Broke down middle of the road at 2am. He charged me the normal rate and arrived a lot faster than I expected. Thank you . Your always my first call.

Our driver was locked out of their truck, we called around the area but either nobody was available or wait times were ridiculous. These guys answered and were super helpful and professional. Arrived on scene within one hour and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend them, especially for your lockout needs!

Absolutely amazing business. I needed a tow due to a flat tire, they were there in less than 45 minutes. Towed it to St. Clairsville, realized they didn’t have the tire in stock, after multiple calls to multiple shops, no one had the tire in stock. The driver suggested a shop, I called them and they had it in stock. He stayed with me the whole time until I found somewhere to take my car (they’re very busy and I’m sure they have other customers to tend to, but it was so GREATLY appreciated!) he then towed my car to Triadelphia. Very reasonable prices and just great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!
