We had a very positive experience with A-1 Customer Car Care. They were very professional. It’s was cheaper than we expected. They were very helpful and supportive. The car runs like champ. This place is just like all the rest. I went in to get only my oil and filter changed. They had the truck for an hour just to drain the oil and change the filter.....the rest of the time....they done their damnedest to go through entire underneath of my truck and search for anything and everything they could find to get more money 💰 out of me. I did not give them MY PERMISSION to go through my entire truck looking for anything. For all I know , they could of loosened something up underneath my truck , just so I'd need more work done. NEVER AGAIN A1 !!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t possibly speak highly enough of this business and their staff. I was traveling home for the holidays on a Sunday and had my engine light pop on, couldn’t drive over 20 mph. They worked me in their already busy schedule first thing Monday morning and had me on the road by noon. Made it the rest of the way to Texas with no issues. While there they were welcoming and helpful. They let me bring my two dogs in to sit in the lobby because we had already checked out of the hotel and didn’t have anywhere to go or anyone to stay with. Very thankful for their efficiency and willingness to help around the holidays. 10/10 recommend for your auto services. I specifically had carbon build up on my throttle body and they replaced it and ran a cleanse of some sort- I don’t know the specific termi

My parents use A-1 frequently. I have a newer car so this is my first visit with them and they have exceeded my expectations! I've been having issues with my car's starter on and off the past year and a week or so ago, it finally kicked the bucket. They were able to get my car in the very next day first thing in the morning and I had a diagnosis within 2 hours. Repairs were made same day and I had a working vehicle before the business day ended. They had great communication, were very attentive, and easy to work with. While I'm hoping I won't need repairs any time soon, I will definitely choose A-1 again for my car repair needs.

You guys are great & I have recommended you to everyone I come in contact with. You guys ran test all kinds of tests on my car to see what was wrong. You kept me informed and when you did find the problem you told me and the price. My car is running great and I feel safe about taking it places knowing that everything is ok. Great job and work.
