It is so comforting and rejuvenating to be reminded that there are good people & energy in the world. I hit a curb and destroyed my tire at around 4:30 on a Monday. The shop was half a mile away so I was able to get there just before it closed. They told me that my tire would have to be replaced, it was too damaged to be repaired. I would have to leave my car there for them to fix the next day and that they would likely have it ready at some point in the afternoon. I have an electric vehicle, so they would have to contact other places to get the type of tire that I needed for the replacement. I was amidst a very busy time at work, coming off of hosting a guest for a week, and I had multiple appointments and commitments coming up. I was so upset and frustrated. I’ve gone to A1 several times for a variety of issues— new tires, collision repair, brakes, etc. Each time the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. They go above and beyond to make sure that your vehicle is in top condition when leaving the shop. The prices are also fair and they’re transparent (I’ve asked for an itemized bill and they provide it.) This is an all around solid shop (that I believe may be a family business) and I’d recommend them for holistic auto care.
