A-1 Quality Tire

Called ahead of time to get all 4 tires replaced on my car, they gave me a quote and set an appointment. I showed up on time for my appointment at 230pm. I didn't leave until 4pm. I overheard the tech yelling about these tires are too small, and i specifically set these tires here for their car and these tires for her car! They ended up calling the couple before me back in because they put my brand new tires on their car! Had them out in 30 minutes apologized for the inconvenience to them gave them a coupon for a free oil change and never said a word to me about why it took so long. Never gave me a discount or anything for my inconvenience. Will never go back. Ive never had anything like this happen and im Extremely disappointed with this company.

Best prices on tires or just mounting and balancing anywhere around here. Get you in quick too. No down time is a huge plus.

They used the wrong kind of oil on my car, and a synthetic blend instead of full, I am having it changed elsewhere the next day now. The lady at the counter was also rude.

Took forever to patch a tire. Sat for over an hour plus. The driver's side has crud and dirt leftover from the tech. Do better.

Tammy is always helpful, keeps me updated about parts and repairs. Asking if we need vehicle back while waiting on a part. I really appreciate this gesture. The shop guys are always willing to explain what needs repaired and why. Take the time to talk with customers about their vehicle, before just saying it needs all this without reason. I've been a loyal customer for about 15 years. I will always recommend and continue to use A-1 Quality Tire. Our family appreciates everyone at this business. They keep us on the road and safe! Which in my opinion is priceless.
