A-1 Smog & Repair Center

Took my mustang in to get smogged. When I got home, I noticed the OBO was pulled off the dash/column with the connecting piece laying on the floorboard. Not only did the technician break my OBO off, but he disrespectfully just tossed the connecting piece on the floor. In the future, they need to be more carefully. Not a big deal overall, but I am writing this review so when I need to smog my car again, if the technician tries to say they can't run the diagnostics due to the OBO being broken, then I can refer them to this review. So thankful for this place! I broke down in the rain right around closing time, and the team here went above and beyond to help me. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my car, even though it was late and the weather was terrible. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and understanding. The shop itself was clean, organized, and clearly well-maintained — a sign of how much pride they take in their work. I’m so grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Service at the front desk is rude. Couldn't smog my car on Saturday because "we close in an hour". Not sure why they couldn't do what they advertise as a offered service because they had more than an hour to do it, absolute nonsense. Made an appt with JT smog, never going to A1 again.

This place was nice and quick. Personnel was very knowledgeable and polite/professional. Will definitely come back next time I need a smog
