A-1 Tire and Auto

My husband’s truck has been wobbling lately so I took it today to A1 to get balanced and checked. Rueben called me a bit later to tell me that his tire has a bubble on the tread. He informed me that this particular tire is discontinued, but he could find us a very nice, comparable used replacement to work with our budget so we wouldn’t have to buy all new tires at Christmas time. I was very thankful that he considered the expense where most places just spit out a number and expect you to pay it. Pretty soon, I got a phone call that the truck was ready. When my husband got home from work, he took it out for a test drive. He came back in with his jaw on his chest. He said, “I had forgotten how smooth that truck can ride. That’s amazing. And that tire was a perfect match!” He was so impressed

I highly recommend A-1 Tire and Auto! The customer service is outstanding, each staff member was friendly and professional. The waiting area is nice and clean. They got me in and out quickly with all new tires on my Volvo XC60.

Let me just start by saying customer service is past 100% it was 100 plus degrees outside and of course my tire had a issue. A1 and the owner Storm quickly worked and figured out a solution for me and was there when I needed help. I'll never go anywhere else. I absolutely recommend this wonderful beautiful team any day!!!
