A-1 Tires of South Boston

They are very unprofessional. I had got some tires last Month and been having trouble with one of my tires on the right side of my car. They going tell me because their used tires as I explained to them I didn’t ask for used I asked for new tires they act like they didn’t understand anything I was saying then the owner wife am guessing took over as I started off talking to a guy to me that’s childish to put your wife girlfriend or whoever she was to take the call. They need to definitely need to be more professional and they trust me if they be more professional they get more business. I will never go back there again am definitely going back to Barlow’s tire place.

Worst experience ever. As soon as I walked into the business all I could smell is pot. They were all high while working on my vehicle. I was quoted $80 over the phone and once I got there halfway through the service they told me $100. When they finished I noticed they damaged my rims severely. When I pointed out the damage they told me it was like that when I got there which was a lie. Then to make matters worse they did not balance my tires at all and when I got home I checked the lug nuts on all 4 wheels and only 1 nut on 1 wheel was tight, the rest of them was loose. Upon further inspection I noticed they stripped 3 of the studs.of course they deny it all. So now since I chose to give A1 Tires my business I now have to put my vehicle in the shop to repair all the damages they caused. I

I called this place and asked if they have a good used tire in the si,e of 215 45 r15, they replied yes, come on by. I went there and I sat in their 9ffice for and hour waiting for them to find this tire and put it on for me. After an hour of waiting he came in and said it's being put on and it will he a few minutes and I can cash app the money. And after I sent the money he told me the size is a little bigger but I wouldnt tell any difference and I was cool with that until I left and tire was scraping my fender wall of my car terribly. I had to put the tire on the back of my car to keep it from rubbing. I didn't bother calling because they had a sign inside saying no refunds on used tires. Not even 2 weeks later the tire is flat and I have to go get another tire. But I won't be going to A

Late Saturday night, I got a flat tire. I had traveled for a family reunion and was about to head home. Needless to say I was deflated like my driver’s side tire. Let me say, if you are familiar with country living, then you know everything is closed on Sunday. (The Lord’s Day) Nevertheless, I pushed forward hoping to at this point get an appt for first thing Monday morning so I could be out and ready to roll back to Fl. Imagine my surprise when I did a google search and saw A-1 Tires of South Boston open till noon and on a Sunday! Had great service found me tires that was hard to find for my truck that we just use around the house .The ones I had popped from heat but was glad they found what I needed.
