Absolutely outstanding service! Ray was professional, friendly, and arrived faster than expected. My car insurance got A-1 after another company failed to arrive after I waited for two hours. Ray handled my vehicle with great care and made a stressful situation so much easier. I felt bad because it was freezing cold but you can tell Ray really takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this company and especially this driver—top-notch service! Ray towed my 2010 Camry to my mechanic’s shop. My beloved 2010 Camry is fixed and ready to go!!

I called these people to help get out after the storm in Jan 2026 because i was familiar with them from an unrelated tow. They refused to give me a price over the phone and basically came out to "shake me down" wanting $195 to pull my car literally 4 feet to the street. I parked at the end of my driveway but the snow trucks moved snow in front of my car and after the sleet and ice I was stuck. Thanks for wasting my time, being no help at all, and adding to the problem!!! I am adding a picture below.

We had been waiting for an hour for a tow from a different tow company. We called for an update. The guy was rude and just didn’t seem to care that we had been stuck for an hour waiting on them. After being told they were on the way, it reached the two hour mark. Then they just cancelled on us. A1 Towing called us within minutes of the cancellation. The call was a night and day difference from the first tow company. They were nice and asked questions about the situation. Then they sent a guy out to our location. Bobby arrived probably 30 minutes later. We were so happy to see him. He was nice and professional. I highly recommend A1 Towing. They did a great job and despite waiting two hours, he was definitely worth the wait. Thank you again for the exceptional service!
