I don't have a lot of experience getting towed,, I'm usually the one doing the towing but this guy paid attention and had everything needed, no problem! we got an F-150 towing a horse trailer and it broke down, put the F-150 up on the flatbed and towed the trailer behind no problem! it super satisfied! much appreciated! not to mention he's a nice guy.

Excellence and quality service! Kenny was confident and professional in towing our Tesla to an auto body shop in Albuquerque from Gallup. My family was in the backseat so didn’t have to use an Uber. This is old school work ethic and due diligence. Outstanding! Pricing was reasonable.

Got a flat tire 25 miles outside Gallup on my way down to AZ. A-1 had me picked up within 45 minutes of calling. They were straightforward about the price before coming and didn’t charge me a penny more at drop off. (The price was comparable to what my insurance wanted to charge me for a 3+ hour wait.) The driver was quiet but extremely kind, especially to my dog who rode in the cab with us and whined at him the whole way. These guys were blessing in getting me back on the road. Thank you!

Did they get me back on the road? Yes. Was it fast? No. Took an hour for 30 highway miles out. Was it reasonable? ABSOLUTELY NOT. $249 FOR THEM TO DELIVER 5 GALLONS OF GAS 30 MILES AWAY. PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND A FAT WALLET THAT YOU DONT WANT TO KEEP.

Kenny is the man! Super fast response time, very reasonable pricing and are great guys. We were from Florida and got rear-ended on 40. Kenny loaded up my Cherokee and we did some on the spot repairs pulling the exhaust back into place so we could be on our way and not have to get a rental. Saved our day. Highly recommend!!
