From start to finish, the entire experience was handled with complete professionalism. Xander arrived on time, communicated clearly about the work that needed to be done, and made sure I understood every step of the process. He came fully prepared with the right tools and parts, worked efficiently, and delivered excellent results. I called after my car was stuck in a gear that wouldn’t allow my car to start. I was able to experience Zander firsthand who convinced me to call after seeing so many great reviews of his. He communicated clearly and proactively, everything took less than 30 minutes to get done. He’s even helping me with pricing new parts I’ll eventually need. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend.

I read the excellent reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. At the onset thing went smoothly and I talked to Alex, sent pictures and Vin number and was told the paint would have to be ordered, so I awaited an estimate. The estimate came and it had the amount but it also was an invoice for full payment so I knew I had to call him (because you never pay in full for work that hasn't been done). Also, the tax on the invoice was incorrect because for MD it is 6 percent but the amount on the invoice was more than that. But no problem we could sort that out on the call. I called first thing in the morning because I was anxious to get it done. Zander took care of my steering wheel honk button issue. It was loose, moving sideways on turns, and needed adjustments. It look him under 30 min. They are remote, so mechanic can get to your door within 1-2 days depending on the schedule and your urgency.
